Customer Service... a forgotten art? Gary @ AriaGuitarsPlus.com hasn’t forgotten at all! When I had a glitch using his webstore, he helped me figure out what the problem was. It turned out it was my bank had a different zip code for one of my accounts! It took a total of two weeks of phone calls and emails to get it all straightened out – and Gary was so patient throughout my whole ordeal! In fact, if it wasn’t for him I’d have never been able to complete the purchase! This also speaks volumes for the security he’s using at this site... other web retailers have cleared the same credit card, and yet others haven’t – but wouldn’t help me sort out the issue!

Once my payment was all sorted out, Gary shipped me the guitar... he’d put it on hold the whole time because they were nearly sold out. The shipment was flawless, and I’m now the proud owner of my first Aria!

Thanks SO much for your excellent customer service, Gary! If anyone I care about is looking to buy a guitar... you’re the guy!

Thank you so much for all your help in getting our new Aria FA-77 into my husband's hands. First of all, speaking with you on the phone was a pleasure, & you answered all of our questions. The pricing was far & away the best available, & I had searched for days! The shipping was very fast with no damages what-so-ever. And the guitar... what a beauty! We had read a lot about the various vintage ones, most of which it was hard for us to justify the prices. Then we looked at new guitars. Very unexciting. Then I started reading about this model in various forums. (by the way--couldn't find it in any stores within hours of us--so your site is so wonderful for anyone considering an Aria.) It was compared with many of the fine vintage models. The wood is beautiful, it's overall design is very attractive, the action plays very nicely right out of the box, & the sound is full & sweet amplified. We couldn't be more pleased.
