TestimonialCustomer Service... a forgotten art? Gary @ AriaGuitarsPlus.com hasn’t forgotten at all! When I had a glitch using his webstore, he helped me figure out what the problem was. It turned out it was my bank had a different zip code for one of my accounts! It took a total of two weeks of phone calls and emails to get it all straightened out – and Gary was so patient throughout my whole ordeal! In fact, if it wasn’t for him I’d have never been able to complete the purchase! This also speaks volumes for the security he’s using at this site... other web retailers have cleared the same credit card, and yet others haven’t – but wouldn’t help me sort out the issue! Once my payment was all sorted out, Gary shipped me the guitar... he’d put it on hold the whole time because they were nearly sold out. The shipment was flawless, and I’m now the proud owner of my first Aria! Thanks SO much for your excellent customer service, Gary!
