Privacy:

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use. The owners of this site shall not be liable for any incorrectly priced product(s), incorrect product discription(s) or product availability. 

 

We absolutely respect your privacy and will not share any information our customers give us.

Shipping:

Free shipping only applies to the contiguous, lower 48 states. Extra charges apply to other states and territories. Please email in advance of purchase to determine shipping costs.

We strive to get you your items as quickly as possible. In most cases, unless specified otherwise, items purchased and paid for are shipped within 3 to five business days once payment has been received by our financial institution. During the Christmas shopping season we may take a little longer to get your order out. Guitars and larger items are shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, with a tracking number provided to you by e-mail. Note that it is Fedex policy to require a signature for all items with a declared value of $500 or greater. Smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail.

Please note, for security purposes we can only ship to your credit card billing address.

All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and USA territories outside the 48 contiguous states are shipped by USPS.

Money Orders and Cashier Checks must clear through bank prior to shipping order.  Customer is responsible for any and all duties and taxes outside the United States.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES - ONLY AMERICAN EXPRESS AND AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.  ALL OTHER PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY BANK CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

We accept all major credit cards for orders placed by online by our USA customers. 

Return Policy

Items damaged in shipping:

Most goods are shipped and will arrive without incident. In rare cases, an item could be accidentally damaged by the carrier. If your item is damaged during shipping, notify us by e-mail within 2 days of receipt. We will then file a damage claim, and provide you with a prepaid return shipping method for the damaged item. As soon as we receive the damaged item and verify the damage, we will ship out a new item at no cost to you.

Defective items: 

If your item is defective, notify us by e-mail within 5 days of receipt. We will make arrangements to have your item picked up and returned to us, at our expense. Upon receipt we will inspect the item and verify the defect. A new item will then be shipped out to you within 2 business days at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will provide you with an instrument of equal or greater value, or issue a full refund. All returns must be received by Aria Guitars Plus within 10 business days of receipt.  Any returns received past the 10 business days of receipt will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Note: In cases where a returned "defective" item is found to be working properly, we will issue a refund of the item price, less the return shipping charge and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Items no longer wanted:

You may return any item for a refund. You must notify us by e-mail that you wish to return the item within 5 days after you receive the purchased item. The item must be returned at your expense by an insured shipping method. It must be in original condition (with no signs of wear or use) and packed with all original packaging materials. Upon return in satisfactory condition, we will refund the item purchase price, the outbound shipping fee is not refundable.  Where an item was purchased with free shipping or shipping included in the purchase price, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price.


All returns require that you contact Aria Guitars Plus prior to making the return so that we can advise you how to proceed.

If you wish to return an item, please contact support@ariaguitarsplus.com within 5 days of reciept of item.  Once you have obtained all return instructions from us, the item must be received by Aria Guitars Plus no later than of (2) weeks of date of contact for return, or the return will not be accepted. 


Undeliverable Shipments:

If a shipment is returned to Aria Guitars Plus because it is undeliverable to the address provided, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, and will deduct the original shipping charge to cover the cost of shipping your order. Undeliverable is defined as: 

shipments where we were given an incorrect/incomplete shipping address which resulted in a return, or shipments where no-one was present to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts and notices by the carrier.
We do not automatically re-ship undeliverable packages.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for customers ordering from California (8.25%).
